    Your team provides all project materials—storyboards, scripts, logos, and other creative assets—so we can begin editing with a clear direction.

  2. Raw Footage Review
    We upload the raw footage to Vimeo Review, a secure and user-friendly platform designed for collaborative editing feedback.

  3. Interactive Feedback
    Using Vimeo Review, your team can pause the video, click to highlight specific moments, and add timestamped comments directly on the footage. This removes the guesswork of traditional timecode notes.

  4. Revisions & Updates
    We edit your video based on your feedback and provide a new Vimeo Review link for each round of revisions until the final version is approved.

PAYMENT TERMS

  • 50% non-refundable Booking Fee payment is required at project kick-off to secure your date and begin work.

  • The remaining 50% payment is due at the halfway point of the scoped project.

  • Final Balance — Any outstanding balance (including overages, if applicable) is due upon approval of delivered assets.

  • Overages — Any hours beyond the project scope will be billed at $75/hour.

  • Watermarks — Final deliverables will include a watermark until 100% of the project payment has been received.
